Online Team Support
Service Circle

This is a call to those who feel moved to offer their time, insight, and energy to help bring something truly meaningful into form.

HuRosa Retreat Center is being built with love, dedication, and service. It’s more than a vision—it’s a real place, a real land, a real venue, and it needs real hands and hearts to help it rise.

We are inviting you to be part of the team that helps shape and build this retreat center in Orgiva, Spain. Not for personal gain—but as an act of service. Your contribution helps anchor a space that will support healing, remembrance, and expansion for years to come, for many, many people.

What to Expect

By joining this support circle, you’ll be:

  • Attending regular Google Meet calls where we:
    • Share updates on the project (construction, programming, and progress)
    • Outline what help is needed—across areas like admin, communications, building, gardening, events, and outreach
    • Collaborate on new ideas and creative solutions
    • Offer time for reflection, sharing, and connection
  • Working together in Notion, our shared project platform:
    • A living task board where you’ll see everything that’s currently in motion
    • You can comment, contribute, and self-select projects that match your gifts or interests
    • Everyone has visibility on progress, which brings coherence and flow

This is a real opportunity to be part of something from the beginning—to shape it with your energy, and to be part of a team that believes that spaces like these are needed in the world.

We also hope that as the center becomes fully operational, many of the roles within this Service Circle will evolve into paid positions for those who have helped bring the vision into form. We are also open to finding ways to collaborate that allows our strong team players to be financially supported by this project.

Whether you have 2 hours a week or 20, we’re grateful for every offering.

If you’re feeling the call, we’d love to welcome you in.
